Cancellation/No-Show/Late Policy

We understand that life is busy and unpredictable. To provide the best care possible and respect the time of our clients and therapists, we require at least 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting for care. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the full appointment fee.
If you’re unable to attend your appointment in person, you always have the option to switch to a virtual session. Simply email us or call and we’ll send you a secure link to join us online.
A no-show is when a client misses their appointment without notifying the clinic. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the missed appointment.
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will work with the remaining time that you have. This means that if you book a 60-minute appointment but arrive 15 minutes late, we will use the remaining 45 minutes. Please note, you will be billed for the full session that was originally booked.
