Each class includes a combination of:
Education about pelvic anatomy and function
Guided movement and breathwork
Gentle strategies to release tension and support the nervous system
Classes are taught live over Zoom and are not recorded, creating a safe, private space to connect with your body and access supportive care.
This class is ideal if you:
Experience pelvic pain, discomfort with sex, or bladder urgency
Are navigating pre- or post-natal pelvic changes
Want affordable pelvic health support between or before 1:1 sessions
Are looking for tools to better understand and support your pelvic health
Open to anyone in BC. No previous physio or movement experience needed.
Please wear comfortable clothing and have space to move, lie down, and sit.
